鑒於 2026 年底即將成立「國家醫療科技評估中心」，將為臺灣醫療科技評估（health technology assessment, HTA）制度揭開嶄新的篇章。面對此一關鍵轉折，如何建立穩健且永續的健康經濟暨結果研究（health economics and outcomes research, HEOR）與 HTA 跨領域人才培育體系，已成為當前最重要且最迫切的課題之一。
為引領臺灣接軌國際發展趨勢，並回應本土醫療決策與產業發展需求，健康效果暨醫療科技教育聯盟（HOTTEA）特別舉辦本次國際論壇，邀集來自英國及亞太地區長期深耕 HEOR 與 HTA 人才培育的重量級專家，共同分享寶貴經驗與前瞻觀點。
本次論壇非常榮幸邀請到：
- 國際重量級學者 ‒ Olivia Wu 教授，她長期投入英國 NICE 及亞洲多國 HEOR/HTA 專業人才培育工作，對國際人才培育體系建構具有深厚影響力。
- 亞太頂尖學者陣容 ‒ 來自韓國、泰國、新加坡及馬來西亞等國，兼具學術研究與 HTA 實務經驗的專家學者，共同分享各國在跨領域人才培育、課程設計及能力建構等方面的發展歷程與經驗。
透過本次論壇，與會者將有機會深入了解各國 HEOR/HTA 人才培育模式、能力框架與制度發展策略，並共同探討如何建構符合國際標準、兼顧臺灣需求的人才培育藍圖。

With the rapid advancement of intelligent technologies and the escalating demand for evidence-informed decision-making across Asian healthcare systems, cultivating a skilled, cross-disciplinary HEOR and HTA workforce has never been more vital.
HOTTEA is proud to host this Online International Forum, bringing together prominent scholars from the UK and the Asia-Pacific region to explore strategic approaches to building the next generation of professionals. The discussions will span competency frameworks, cutting-edge curriculum design, sustainable career pathways, and institutional capacity building.
This forum features two focused sessions:
- Global Benchmarks Briefing: an introductory overview of the ISPOR HEOR Competencies Framework and the patient-centered HTA Metro Map model.
- An open dialogue among leading experts from Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, and the UK, exchanging diverse national approaches and strategic visions.
